You are entitled to two visits per year for Heating and Air maintenance. Good Guys Heating and Cooling will provide notification prior to visit month to schedule the Club visits; however, it is the responsibility of the client to return any missed calls/emails to ensure their maintenance/inspection is scheduled. The maintenance included with your club membership is intended to maintain efficient operation of the heating and air conditioning system. The maintenance excludes any repairs, recharging of refrigerant, or major cleaning needed that may be discovered by the technician. The cost to perform repairs and/or cleaning, as well as the cost of parts and labor
to replace any recommendation made by the technician would be additional. No work that involves an additional fee will be performed without client consent.
This club agreement only extends coverage and maintenance to the listed equipment, any additional equipment will need to have its own separate club membership form.
If the membership is terminated prior to the 1-year cycle, any visits already performed under the club membership will be due (if monthly fees have not covered it).
All discounts received will be reversed and will be due upon termination. Allow up to 2 weeks for termination processing. Good Guys Heating and Cooling has the final say as to what services are deemed emergency.
To be eligible for the Patriot Plan you must present a valid form of identification for one of the professions: Active military, veterans, police, firefighters, nurses, teachers and paramedics/EMT’s.
Your Club Membership and savings are transferrable if you move to another home within our service area.
